About Our Event
An Interactive Day In the Trades​
Build My Future SE WI is an unforgettable, hands-on experience held each fall that opens the door to the world of skilled construction trades for both high school and middle school students.

This dynamic event is brought to life through a powerful partnership between the Lakeland Builders Association and the Racine Kenosha Builders Association, and it all comes together thanks to the incredible generosity of our sponsors and the high energy and dedication of our passionate exhibitors.

Public schools, private schools and home school students are encouraged to attend. All students register through their school.
Build My Talent
This spring speaker event educates employers about how easy it is to build a consistent talent pipeline through Youth Apprenticeship that is both legal in Wisconsin and insurable.
